Baobab Jelly (Bouye jelly)

Called “Bouye” in west Africa, the fruit of baobab is used after maceration for making drinks. The flesh of the baobab fruit, often compared to the coconut milk, is hard and whitish, and is also very rich in calcium and vitamins C.

The goal of Zena is to promote the attributes of the baobab fruit, an innovating jelly. Thanks to our know-how, Zena made a delicious and sweet combination of fruits and sugar.
